Sung Kwan Ma is New York based photograher. His style stems from Fine Art and Photo-Journalism. He has documented many areas of world such as China, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Peru, Bolivia, and Korea. His work covered many issues of International and civil conflict, including North Korean refugees, and many indigenous people in Asia and South America.

He has won numerous awards and grants, and exhibits widely.

Currently, he is working on the new project "Transitions," a multimedia installation.
