Mega City Hong Kong 香港
Mega City: Hong Kong
Hong Kong is a marvel of human engineering and resilience—a city defined by its verticality and its ability to find space where none exists. This collection is an observational study of the ultimate "Mega City," where the geography of the mountains forces the architecture toward the sky.
My lens explores the staggering scale of the high-rise estates, the kinetic energy of the Star Ferry, and the quiet dignity found in the narrow "rabbit warren" streets of Kowloon. From the neon-lit density of Mong Kok to the sweeping glass facades of Central, these photographs document the intersection of extreme urban pressure and the vibrant, everyday spirit of the people who call these concrete canyons home. It is a cinematic tribute to a city that is always moving, always growing, and always resilient.
